Fast Morning Makeup

Taking out time of with my busy schedule to do my makeup sometimes seems impossible but there is 5 minute way to get a good-looking make…just like I need it:)

It doesn’t take more than 30 seconds to apply foundation or pressed powder. Remember to use a light hand. You can always add more makeup, but wiping off excess can be a hassle. If you don’t use foundation, you can keep a sun-kissed glow by apply bronzer with a big fluffy brush to the places the sun hits your face naturally — forehead, cheeks, nose and chin.

Eyes or lips

Play up your eyes or your lips — not both — for daytime. Eye makeup shouldn’t take more than two minutes. Line your upper lashes with a brown eye pencil in a thin, precise line. Sweep a neutral shade of shadow over your entire lid, and then apply a deeper shade of the same hue into your crease. Blend, blend, blend. To make your eyes look bigger and brighter, apply a little bit of white eyeliner in the corner of your eye, near your nose. Use a one-coat mascara to eliminate the time you wait between coats. Add a coat of lip gloss and you are almost done.

If you are playing up your lips, skip the eye shadow and just use a coat of brown mascara. Line your lips with a liner that closely matches your natural lip color. Add your favorite shade of lipstick and finish off your lips with a touch of gloss for high-impact shine.

If you need a little color, smile in the mirror and apply blush to the apples of your cheeks. For daytime, use a rose or peach shade that isn’t too deep. Sweep the color upward and outward with a fluffy brush.

Choose multi-purpose products

If you only have five minutes to do your face, you don’t have time to search through dozens of cosmetics. Pick products that can serve multiple purposes. A tinted moisturizer with built-in sunscreen can even out your skin tone, hydrate your skin and protect it from the sun. Check out these other multi-purpose beauty products.

Stay well-groomed

Get your eyebrows waxed regularly, don’t let your roots show and do all the little extras ahead of time. A little preparation can go a long way in speeding up your morning beauty routine. Or just get them threaded at the mall, just make sure they do a clean job and don’t leave any hair.
