Fruity Creme Cheese Croissant

It doesn’t always have to be the chocolate croissant for the morning. Try something new! This croissant is perfect when you are trying to lose weight. You can combine weight loss with good food, yes, you just need to know how to:)

Ingredients: one serving, 200kcal

  • 1/2 plate puff paste
  • 1/3 cup of creme cheese (for example Philadelphia)
  • 1 tablespoon berry jam

 

  • Preheat the oven to 390 degree F
  • Separate the puff paste into two pieces and then cut them into triangles
  • Put each 1 tablespoon creme cheese and 1 tablespoon jam  in the middle
  • roll up the puff and form to croissant and put just a little bit of cold water on top
  • bake for 15 minutes
  • serve luke warm and enjoy:)
