Ham rolls filled with ground beef

These fresh ham rolls filled with ground beef(or pork and beef mixed) in a tasty cream sauce with cheese are so delicious and used to be one of my favorite dishes’ while growing up, and I still love them. They are easy to prepare and so delicious. Great for families; they will love these.

  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced fully cooked ham or honey cured ham
  • 1/2 pound ground beef (or mixed beef and pork, taco seasoned beef works too)
  • one pint (473ml) whipped cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (or as much as you want to put on top of the rolls)
  • 1 egg
  • chopped half onion
  • salt, pepper, a little bit paprika, oregano and thyme for the cream sauce

  • Take ham and lay it out, and put ground beef in the middle of the ham

  • Roll up the ham so the beef is in the middle of it

  • When you have rolled up all the ham and ground beef, take out a bowl and mix the egg, onion, whipped cream with all the spices.

  • Pour the sauce of the ham rolls

  • Cover the rolls with grated cheese

  • Bake in the oven for about 30minutes, 350 degree fahrenheit
