Exercises for great abs!

These simple ab exercises are completely due-able at home, so there are no more excuses as to why you can’t train your abs and stomach! 5-10 minutes a day already make a big difference. You can start with sets of 3 times 15-20 repetitions and you will see the difference in no time:)
